What materials do you use in your jewellery?
All of my pieces are handcrafted using high-quality .925 sterling silver. I also work with a wide variety of natural gemstones, including labradorite, sunstone, moss agate, aquamarine, pyrite, and more. Every gemstone is individually selected for its beauty and character.
Are your stones real?
Yes! All stones used in my jewellery are genuine, natural gemstones. Because of this, slight variations, inclusions, and unique patterns are completely normal, and part of their one-of-a-kind beauty.
How do I care for my sterling silver jewellery?
Sterling silver naturally oxidizes over time.
To keep your piece bright:
- Store it in an airtight bag when not worn
- Avoid wearing during swimming, showering, or applying lotions
- Use a silver polishing cloth for quick touch-ups

Are your pieces handmade?
Yes! Every piece is casted, sawed, soldered, shaped, set, polished, and finished by me, Vanessa, in my home studio. No mass production, just craftsmanship, creativity, and intention in every design.
Sizing & Custom Work
How do I know my ring size?
You can use my Ring Sizing Guide on the website, measure with a ring sizer, or visit a jeweller to confirm your size. If you're unsure, I’m always happy to help.
Do you take custom orders?
Yes! I love creating custom pieces. Fill out our online Custom Order Request Form to send me:
- The stone you want
- Any design ideas, sketches, or inspiration photos
- Budget or preferred price range
I’ll review everything and get back to you with a quote.
Can I choose my own stone for a custom piece?
Absolutely! You’re welcome to send inspiration photos or ideas, and I’ll select stones that best match the style and vision you’re looking for. Fill out our online Custom Order Request Form for a quote.
Orders & Shipping
Where do you ship from?
All orders ship from British Columbia, Canada.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! I offer free standard shipping worldwide on all orders.
All packages are sent via tracked shipping methods, which may include UPS, Canada Post, FedEx, or other available carriers depending on your location and the order. This ensures your order is safely delivered and traceable every step of the way.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! International shipping is available with free standard shipping worldwide.
If you’d like your order delivered faster, no worries, faster shipping options are available, and rates will be shown at checkout based on your location and the shipping speed you choose.
How long will it take to ship my order?
Ready-to-ship pieces: 5 business days
Custom pieces: Varies by design, I’ll always communicate timelines clearly
How is my jewellery packaged?
Every order is thoughtfully packaged in a jewellery box and/or pouch.
Gift wrapping is available. If it’s a gift, you can add a note at checkout.

Returns & Repairs
Do you accept returns?
Yes! We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition.
If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us within 24 hours of receiving the item at vanessaandreajewellery@outlook.com. Be sure to include your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
To start a return, please contact us first at vanessaandreajewellery@outlook.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

What if my jewellery needs repair?
If your jewellery needs repair from normal wear, message me and I’ll assess it. Repair fees depend on the type of issue.
Stone Characteristics
Why doesn’t the stone look exactly like the photos?
Every gemstone is natural and completely unique.
Variations in colour, inclusions, texture, and shape, especially with raw stones, are normal and part of their natural beauty.
Please note:
Due to the natural characteristics of raw stones, colours may vary slightly from what is shown in photos. I do my best to capture colours accurately, but variations and inclusions are part of what makes each piece special.
