Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:
1. Ready-to-Ship Items: If you have ordered an item in stock, please allow a processing time of 5 business days.

2. Made-to-Order or Custom Items: For handcrafted or custom-made items, please allow a processing time of 14 business days or more, depending on the complexity of the piece and order volume.


Expect an email within 7 business days to let you know your order is on the way!

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:
Orders within Canada. Shipping charges and delivery timeline for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We offer international shipping to the following countries: USA, United Kingdown, United Arab Emirates, Austria, Australia, Belgium, Switzerland, Czechia, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Finland, Hong Kong, SAR, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia,  Netherlands, Norway, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Sweden,  and Singapore.

Shipping charges & delivery timeline for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. VANESSA ANDREA JEWELLERY is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original
condition.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us within 24hrs of receiving the item at vanessaandreajewellery@outlook.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
